One-on-One Coaching
This is my most in depth program and is 100% specific to you. During our initial consultation, we will uncover your values, beliefs, and goals. We will dive into your your health history and experiences that have led you to this point. We will outline where you want to go from here and begin to develop your action plan. Follow up sessions will refine your plan and assess your progress toward your goals.
Just Start
Fit Mama Can JUST START is a 4-week online program that gives you a starting point, not a jumping off point! Each week we focus on nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and self-care so you can learn-or relearn- the basics and start living healthy with confidence. You will also have access to the Fit Mama Can closed community Facebook group.
Fit Mama Can Thrive
The Fit Mama Can Thrive is my monthly lifestyle program. Each month you will receive everything you need to continue your healthy lifestyle. This program includes a healthy eating guide with sample recipes, workout plans including gym and home workouts, mindfulness prompts and yoga flows. You will also have access to the Fit Mama Can closed community Facebook group.
